More than 140 Tampa Bay area Realtors were honored on November 29, 2017 for their success in selling new homes at Starkey Ranch during the previous year. At the festive event, Realtors collected Nordstrom gift cards for each sale made, with strict instructions to spoil themselves (not their kids or clients) with a little holiday treat. Our builders also provided luxurious door prizes for those in attendance.
Many Realtors had sold multiple properties, and our two top producers—the team of Maria and Joe Rocheleau of Waterford Realty (4 sales), and Kimberly Bowden of Century 21 (7 sales)—each received luxury spa packages at the Don Cesar in addition to a gift card for each sale. We never like to lose a resident, but we're happy when the Realtor who helped them buy their Starkey Ranch home gets the resale listing. We're here to help you navigate the HOA rules about signage.
FOR SALE SIGNS: The only signs permitted are those based on a standard 12x18" template which is on file with Allied Signage. Complete the SIGN ORDER FORM and email it to the HOA for approval, then to Allied Signage to place your order.
OPEN HOUSE SIGNS: You are allowed to place one temporary OPEN HOUSE sign in the front yard of the home, and one additional sign directing traffic to the home at the closest cross street, one hour before and open house starts, and remove it at the time of completion. No other signs are permitted in the community or along SR 54 right of way.
All non-compliant signs will be removed and discarded.
